WISCONSIN PERSONAL INJURY LAW: CAUSES OF WATERPARK ACCIDENTS

Stephanie Thompson, Estate Planning Attorney of Krueger Hernandez & Thompson SC · Mar 6, 2014 ·

madison Personal Injury attorneyWaterpark accidents in Wisonsin are unfortunately a common occurrence.  There are many causes of waterpark accidents.  Most often these accidents happen  when two or more riders collide while using a ride.  These collisions may have been able to be avoided had the employees followed the business’ rules.  In waterparks and restaurants adjacent to these waterparks, there are many accidents that involve  people slipping or falling.  Many times these incidents could have been avoided had the business implemented stricter rules in ensuring the floors are dry and cleaned from water and hazardous materials.  Waterpark accidents also often happen during loading and unloading from waterpark rides themselves.  Unfortunately, many employees are poorly trained and fail to watch out for the safety of people.

These serious accidents can happen for a variety of reasons.  Sometimes they are due to  poor maintenance of the equipment or the rides or just maintaining the business in a safe manner.  Injuries can also be caused by  high bacteria counts due to improper chlorine levels at watermarks.

There are many factors to consider when investigating waterpark accidents.  Businesses such as Waterparks and amusement parks have specific laws to follow to ensure the safety of people.  Finding that these businesses have violated the laws greatly helps our clients to win their cases and getting their compensation they deserve.

Krueger Hernandez & Thompson SC with offices in Madison Wisconsin and Baraboo Wisconsin, we have represented many clients who have been injured in waterparks especially since our offices are so close to Wisconsin Dells.  Go to KH-LAW.NET Today to schedule your FREE consultation.
