VICP (The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program) was established in 1986 to help compensate vaccine recipients and their families who have been severely injured as a result of adverse effects from certain vaccines. What is the last date in which I can file a claim?
Answer: We would hope that would be an easy answer but it is not. In most cases, you must file a claim within 36 months after your first symptoms.
