Since 2006, the Gardasil (HPV) vaccine has been promoted to protect against the transmission of HPV (human papillomavirus), and by doing so, potentially prevent Cervical cancer in girls. Despite, the growing amount of Gardasil Vaccine Court cases filed on behalf of young women who suffered severe injuries ranging from autoimmune disorders, premature menopause, and even death following vaccination, the CDC has recommended this vaccination to another portion of the population. As the concern for HPV-related cancers and genital warts are increasing, there has been an expansion of the Gardasil vaccine to boys.
However, in 2016 alone there were more than 5,600 adverse reaction events reported to VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System) in relation to the HPV vaccine. These adverse reactions can be severe including: GBS, MS, Seizures, Pulmonary Embolisms, Paralysis and even Death. Whether you suffer a severe or minor adverse reaction, there is help.
The VICP (The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program) was established in 1986 and exists to help compensate vaccine recipients and their families who have been severely injured as a result of adverse effects from vaccination. This program pays for the legal expenses associated with the claim so that there is no financial risk to seek the services of an experienced vaccine attorney.
