In 2006, Gardasil promoted their HPV vaccine with its “One Less” campaign. The campaign was used to promote the vaccines ability to protect against the transmission of HPV (human papillomavirus), and by doing so potentially, prevent Cervical cancer. However, after more than 10 years from this vaccine hitting the market, there is little evidence of prevention, and even more evidence of adverse reactions to the vaccine itself. In 2016 alone, there were more than 5,600 adverse reactions reported to VAERS (Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System). These reported adverse reactions included: GBS, MS, Seizures, Pulmonary Embolisms, Premature Ovarian Failure, and even Death.
In a 2009 article in the Journal of Experimental Therapeutics and Oncology, Darja Kanduc of the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Bari in Italy, studied the possibility of the HPV vaccine cross-reacting in humans to create an autoimmune adverse reaction. In the end, he stated, “The number of viral matches and their locations make the occurrence of side autoimmune cross-reactions in the human host following HPV16- based vaccination almost unavoidable (Kanduc, p. 65*)”. In addition, there is a rising population of females experiencing Primary Ovarian Insufficiency (POI), who are crediting the HPV vaccine as the cause.
What is Primary Ovarian Insufficiency?
Primary Ovarian Insufficiency (POI), or often called Premature Ovarian Failure, is a condition in which the ovaries stop functioning and is generally characterized by abnormal menstruation or premature depletion of ovarian follicles before the age of 40. This condition has also been called “premature menopause,” and can often make becoming pregnant difficult and unlikely.
What can someone do legally if they are experiencing POI following the Gardasil Vaccination?
The VICP (National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program) was established in 1986 to help compensate vaccine recipients and their families who have been severely injured as a result of the adverse effects of vaccination. The VICP pays for the legal expenses associated with the claim so that there is no financial risk to seek the services of an experienced vaccine attorney.
